THIRTY years of hurt have now passed since Baddiel and Skinner first sang about ‘30 Years of Hurt’.

And we are led to believe that during those six painful decades, England’s ‘golden generation’ were the bling-bling Baden-Baden boys largely wasted by Sven-Goran Eriksson in the early 2000s.
